As an independent consultant, I work with a variety of stakeholders, from in-country finance teams to directors, I ensure my support is tailored to the needs of organisations, activity ranging from commercial proposal and budgeting lead for multimillion pound proposals, delivering commercial training, to drafting strategies related to Payment by Results (PbR) management. I have worked on opportunities with donors such as Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), World Bank, USAID, Scottish Government procurement, UNAIDS and other EU funded opportunities.

 Past activity include:

• Successfully securing multimillion pound funding for various projects including Nigeria ANRiN (Accelerating Nutrition Results In Nigeria multiple contracts of up to $10 Mil each) and World Bank nutrition project In the DRC, PDSS PMNS $16Mil).

• Supporting country office teams with contract mobilisation, compliance, and partner negotiations. 

• Developing PbR policy and exploring risk mitigation strategies. 

• Setting up management process for a large scale multi-country Syrian refugee response programme,
